Bruscetta with Tomatoes, Mozzarella & Basil
DetailsSlice the French bread and brush each side with the garlic olive oil. Grill on the barbeque or on a flattop grill until light brown on each side. This may also be done on a cookie sheet in the broiler.
Serve. Let you guests assemble their bruscetta by placing the cheese on the bread followed by the tomato and basil. If fresh basil isnít available, drizzle a little basil olive oil on top instead.
