Gazpacho with Garlic Croutons
DetailsGazpacho 1. Combine first 10 ingredients in the blender until pureed. Place in non-metal stroage container and refrigerate overnight allowing flavors to blend. 2. When ready to serve, stir in diced cucumber and avocado. Top with Garlic Croutins and drizzle with Basil Oil
Croutons 1. Put the cubed baguette in a large Zip Lock bag, drizzle enought Galic Olive Oil to lightly coat, then sprinkle 1/2 to 1 tsp of spices on top. Close bag and shake. 2.Bake in a 400* oven until lightly brown.
