Ingredients
 2 tablespoons Olivas de Oro Habanero Olive Oil
 1 16 oz can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans
 1/2 roasted red pepper *
 4 tablespoons lemon juice
 2 tablespoons tahini
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Details
Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and whirl until you reach your desired consistency.

*Half and clean a red pepper. Brush with Habanero Olive Oil and roast in the oven at 400 until the skin turns black. Slough off skin.
